SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING ( U.S. ) , ( CANADA) , & ( WORLDWIDE )
We ship via USPS, UPS, & Asendia (please be aware of the current situation and expect small delays). You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your shipping label has been created.
Please be sure to triple check your address as Uwu Candle Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Uwu Candle Co is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Please be aware that Uwu Candle Co is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit, Once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Once packages leaves our studio it's no longer our responsibility.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We often ship Monday through Thursday, which prevents the likelihood of the candles sitting in a warehouse/delivery trucks or being exposed to a suboptimal climate for an extended period of time. The quality of our candles is very important to us and we want to make sure they reach you the same way they left us.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times are between 1-3 business days in the USA. (Please be aware of the current situation and expect small delays).
International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. (Please be aware that although we try our best to provide the fastest shipping, transit times can vary and we have no control over this or what happens during transit. We do not refund for misplaced packages during transit or delays but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We now ship worldwide!
International orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/Asendia and based on weight. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Uwu Candle Co is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your shipping label has been created.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not do refunds or returns.
(digital products)
Due to the digital nature of this product, and the immediacy of access, there are no refunds.
Damaged and lost packages will need to be filed with the shipping carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.
(mystery boxes)
Mystery Boxes are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. In the event that you are disappointed with your Mystery Gift Box, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your Mystery Box.
DAMAGES
Uwu Candle Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We package each candle/product with care, though if your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please DM @uwucandleco on Instagram or email uwucandleco@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged candle within two (2) days of receiving.
