FAQs

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?
Pre-ordering your candles allow you to guarantee immediate shipment when we release our products. All of the orders will be processed when items release in our shop! There are only limited quantities available for pre-orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Our candles are now available worldwide!
HOW LONG DO YOUR CANDLES BURN?
Our 9 ounce containers burn for 50 to 60 hours depending on how you're burning them. Always make sure to properly burn your candles to ensure longer lasting candles. Always trim your wicks to about 1/4" before relighting your candles every time. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Make sure to burn your candle on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Never move a burning candle because they can get very hot once it burns lower within the container! When it's burning, keep your candle in sight, away from children and pets. Remember, candle care is self care!

WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELING?
It is important that your first burn is approximately 2-3 hours OR until your candle reaches a full melt pool (melted wax from edge to edge) before you blow your candle out. Doing this will ensure an even burn throughout your candle's life.
WHY IS THERE A LOT OF SMOKE WHEN I LIGHT MY CANDLE?
trim your wick! Make sure your wick is always trimmed to 1/4" before you relight your candle! Your first burn should be good to go, as I properly trim each wick before shipping. Before you relight your candle, gently pinch (or cut) the burnt tips of your wick.
WILL MY CANDLE/WAX MELTS MELT DURING TRANSIT IF I LIVE IN A HOTTER THAN AVERAGE ENVIRONMENT?
Candles may be slightly melted or "sweat" during hotter summer months. To avoid this, let the candle return to room temperature before burning to ensure a clean, even burn. Our packaging provides good insulations while in transit and we deliver packages to the post office at the start of the week so they are not waiting in hot warehouses or delivery trucks over the weekend.
On days of your scheduled delivery, please make sure you are home to collect your package to prevent them laying out in the sun or a hot mailbox.
WHY IS MY CANDLE FROSTING (WHITE COATING)?
This is normal due to the natural nature of soy wax that we use for our container candles. It won't affect how your candle burns.
WHY IS THE TOP OF MY CANDLE ROUGH AND BUMPY AFTER I BURN IT?
The rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy wax candle are caused when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. This is a feature of soy wax. In fact, it goes to show the candle is made with an all-natural soy wax. It does not affect the performance of the candle.
