OUR MISSION

Uwu Candle Co was founded upon the idea of giving back to the community and spreading awareness about mental health.

Uwu Candle Co is more than just an anime-themed candle business. It is an idea that needs a call to action. It is a movement that should encourage, inform, and inspire others around us to present hope and show others around the world that we care. Everyone smiles in the same language, so we should find every single opportunity to give someone else a reason to smile.

Uwu is a word that denotes cuteness in the form of a smiley face. The u is meant to represent the eyes, while the w represents the mouth. Uwu means to be happy, it means to smile, and to be joyful.

We partnered with non profit organizations such as The Trevor Project, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), and The Jed Foundation to raise over $1.7k+ towards mental health and wellness.

OUR CANDLES

Our candles are eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free. Each of our candles are beautifully made and hand poured in small batches in California. Our container candles are made out of all natural soy wax used for a cleaner and much longer burn. We also use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils that adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.
